If the product is damaged, it can be returned. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund both the merchandise and shipping costs.
Delivery times
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your geographic location and are detailed at checkout. Order preparation takes up to 3 business days.
During Black Friday week and the Christmas holidays, there may be delays in shipping service, not due to production.
Origin of the products
The final product's design and composition are 100% Italian. The country of production may vary, but we carefully select our partners to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Our products are made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Breathable and soft to the touch, they guarantee incredible comfort. They feature a beautiful finish, featuring shoulder-to-shoulder reinforcement and a 1x1 rib-knit collar with topstitching.

Since your product will be created individually at the time of purchase, small differences (e.g. exact position of a pattern, color nuance) are a distinctive feature of handcrafted production and not a defect.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and are always visible at checkout. Purchase the recommended minimum amount to receive free shipping. Shipping to Milan is always free.
