Modifications and Cancellations: Act Quickly!
We know mistakes happen. Since we start creating your product immediately after you place your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible at info@fullanimemanga.com if you've chosen the wrong size, color, or model. Before production, we can modify or cancel the order without any problems.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
We want you to wear your purchase with pride. If you're not satisfied:
- 28-Day Window: You have a full 28 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.
- Free Replacements: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you requested, we've got you covered. We'll send you a free replacement immediately, and you won't even need to return the defective item.
- Size Exchanges: If the item doesn't fit as you hoped, you can return it. To proceed with an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
Personalized orders cannot be replaced or returned.

Delivery times
90% of our orders are shipped the next business day after purchase. The courier will deliver within 48/72 hours in Italy.
During peak seasons like Christmas or Black Friday, it may take up to a maximum of 3 business days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
For international deliveries, delivery times vary depending on your geographical area and are detailed at checkout.
Origin of the products
The printing, design and final composition of the product are 100% Italian, made in Milan.
The country of origin of the cotton may vary, however we select our partners to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
Materials used
Our products are made from 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Breathable and soft to the touch, they guarantee incredible comfort. They feature a beautiful finish, featuring shoulder-to-shoulder reinforcement and a 1x1 rib-knit collar with topstitching.

Since your product will be created individually at the time of purchase, small differences (e.g. exact position of a pattern, color nuance) are a distinctive feature of handcrafted production and not a defect.
Shipping costs
Purchase the minimum recommended amount to get free shipping.
For shipments within Italy, the cost is €4.85, free for orders over €49.
For shipments to Europe (excluding Italy), the cost is €12.85. Free for orders over €100.
For shipments to the USA and Canada, the cost is €34.90. Free for orders over €134.90.
Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and is always visible at checkout.
